Ryno Tools is a free microlearning site. We collect minimal data and never sell it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have.
Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, time spent, and general device/browser type. GA4 may set cookies. We implement Google Consent Mode v2: if you decline cookies via the consent banner, GA4 operates in cookieless mode and does not store any personal data.
Google AdSense may display ads. If ads are shown, Google may use cookies to serve relevant ads based on your browsing history across sites. Declining via the consent banner also disables ad personalisation cookies.
Newsletter & Email
If you subscribe to exam update alerts via the footer form, we collect your email address for the purpose of sending you exam pool change notifications and study tips. We use a third-party email provider to store and send these emails. Your email is never shared with or sold to any other party.
To unsubscribe, click the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or contact us at rhino404@pm.me and we will remove you within 48 hours.
Newsletter subscription is entirely optional and independent of site functionality.
Local Storage
The site stores your theme preference (light/dark) and quiz session state in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Your Choices
- Cookie consent: Use the banner shown on your first visit to accept or decline analytics and ad cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage for ryno.tools.
- Browser settings: You can disable cookies entirely in your browser settings.
- Newsletter: Unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email, or by contacting us.
- Google opt-out: Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent GA4 tracking across all sites.
